Pyramid Box NFT is a collection of 20,000 unique and randomly generated NFTs. Over 100 pyramid attributes and traits are hand-drawn to perfection by our young and talented artists. Our chic and fresh pyramid designs are presented in a catchy pixelated art form, combined with elements of various pop cultures and historical heritage. Just like the majestic pharaohs from prehistoric times, these pyramids act as a house for mummies and a place to store their wealth in the afterlife.

Similarly, for any mortal who owns our Pyramid Box NFT, it can be used beyond just storing wealth and bounty. It is also a medium that gives you the power to generate inexhaustible income in the form of $Scarab - the official currency of the revered Pyramid Box NFT. Phase 1: The Formation

20,000 Pyramid Box Nfts are reappearing in different parts on earth in even the most far-flung locations. We are piecing together the structures to reinstate the former glory of these ancient tombs.

Phase 2: The Journey

Pyramid Box NFT will officially be launched on sometime around May 2022. Our journey into regeneration and restoration of mankind begins right here.

Phase 3: The Emergence

$Scarab will be available for minting and staking. It can then be used for various utilities such as to purchase NFTs, receive exclusive priority for future projects, participate in lucky draw events, or swap for other cryptocurrency coins.

Phase 4: The Evolution

$Scarab is gained from staking Pyramid Box NFTs, the official currency of the Pyramid Box NFT universe. $Scarab can be used for participating in our marketplace trading, purchasing merchandise, swapping coins, participating in lucky draws, and can be used to mint Gen1, Gen 2, and Gen 3 Pyramid Box NFTs.

“Gas fees” are the transaction fees that users pay to miners on a blockchain protocol to have their transaction included in the block. The system works on a standard supply and demand mechanism. If there is more demand for transactions, miners can choose to include the transactions that pay more, compelling users to pay more to have their transactions processed quickly and efficiently. Users of Ethereum can also choose to pay more for faster transactions.

What We Own

All rights that are not specifically granted to the users and owners of Pyramid NFTs are reserved by the Company. This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the “PyramidBox NFT” names, logos, trademarks, the website, the look and feel of the user interface, the smart contract code, the generative traits in general, and any future community wallet. In addition to owning the IP surrounding the name “PyramidBox NFT”, we reserve the exclusive right to use PyramidBox NFT official logos for future merchandising purposes.

You Own Your Pyramid

The initial product launch of “PyramidBox NFT” is a run of 10,000 individual ERC-721 tokens (“PyramidBox NFT” or “NFTs”) with generative traits that correspond to pieces of art hosted on IPFS. By connecting your ethereum wallet and minting a Pyramid with our smart contract, you gain full and complete ownership of your NFT.

You Own Exclusive Commercial Rights to Your Pyramid

You will own full commercial rights to your Pyramid so long as you continue to own and control the NFT. You may assign some of these rights to other commercial projects (e.g. BAYC, CryptoPunks), but any future transfer of your NFT will be subject to those rights that you have already assigned. You can put your Pyramid on clothing and merchandise, include them in video games and video projects, and generally do whatever you want with your Pyramid. You cannot use the name “PyramidBox NFT” on any commercial product, unless connected directly to a “#” and the number of your PyramidBox NFT signifiying the NFT you own. You agree not to use your Pyramid in any project or derivative work that involves hate speech, racism, pornography, or any other illegal content.

You Can Make Derivative Works

We want you to feel empowered to create new projects and uses for your Pyramid. To give you the greatest amount of flexibility possible, we intend upon launch to give you access to a downloadable image of your Pyramid with a transparent background. You have the right to make derivative works of your Pyramid so long as you own the Pyramid at the time of creation. Additionally, you may assign those rights to other artists, creatives, or third-party projects so long as you own the pyramid at the time you grant such permissive use.

Many Third Party Uses Are Not Restricted

Nothing in these terms are meant to limit you or a third party from (i) owning or operating an NFT marketplace that permits the use or sale of the Pyramids, so long as the marketplace cryptographically verifies the ownership of the NFT to ensure that only the owner can use and display their Pyramid; and (ii) owning or operating a third party website or application that permits the inclusion or involvement of the Pyramids generally, provided that the website or application verifies the ownership of the NFT to ensure that only the owner can use and display their Pyramid. Furthermore, nothing in this T&C is meant to restrict a third party website’s ability to build tools which track traits or sales.

Limitations of Liability for Gas, Failed Transactions, Smart Contract Bugs

We have worked very hard to make sure that there are no bugs in our smart contract and that our initial NFT launch is smooth. As we have seen in many previous projects, however, sometimes things break. You agree to hold The Company harmless for any losses you may incur as a consequence of minting your NFT. These potential losses include any gas fees for failed transactions, any excessive gas fees charged due to website or smart contract bugs, and any loss of your NFT due to website or smart contract bugs.

No Guarantees or Future Promises

“PyramidBox NFT” hopes to continue to develop this project and community. We will release a roadmap outlining some of the future goals we hope to accomplish. While we intend to work towards those goals, sometimes things happen and we cannot guarantee that this original project will sell out entirely nor can we guarantee future developments. You agree that your purchase of a Pyramid from our initial project is all you are guaranteed to receive with your initial purchase. Any future potential airdrops, community gatherings, or other benefits are ancillary to this purchase and not to be taken into consideration with your initial purchase. You agree that you are not relying on any future commitments by “PyramidBox NFT” in using this site and participating in our NFT launch.

Pyramids Are Not Intended as Investments

NFTs are meant to be a fun avatar and Non-Fungible Token for you to collect. They are not meant as investment vehicles. We make absolutely no promise or guarantee that these NFTs will be worth anything. You understand that they have no inherent monetary value, and they should be treated as nothing more than a fun and beautiful collectible.

Taxes

You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your Pyramids.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to waive any class action status, and any legal dispute around the “PyramidBox NFT” project which you may choose to bring can only be done on an individual basis.

Children

The “PyramidBox NFT” project is not targeted towards children. You agree that you are over the age of 18, or above the legal age of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

“PyramidBox NFT” is not currently collecting any cookies, IP addresses, or user data in connection with your use of the website and app. You understand, however, that the Ethereum blockchain network is a public blockchain, and all of your transaction history initiated through the website will be made public. You also understand that “PyramidBox NFT” may work with third-party apps, such as Discord or Collab.Land, which collect and store user data. In the future, “PyramidBox NFT” will likely launch products (e.g. merchandise store) which require us to collect and store user data. In that event, this provision is subject to change.
